How We Make Money
You might be wondering: "If it's free, how do you make money?"
Fair question! Here's our honest answer:
We participate in affiliate marketing programs with South African retailers. When we send you a notification, the link may be an affiliate link. If you decide to purchase through that link, the retailer pays us a small commission (typically 3-8% of the sale).

- You pay the same price - Affiliate commissions don't increase what you pay. The retailer pays us, not you
- We don't change our recommendations - We notify you based ONLY on what YOU requested, not which retailer pays better commissions
- Full transparency - We're upfront about this in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- You're in control - You can shop wherever you want. Our links are just convenient shortcuts

Arno Kotze is a shoe shopper who got tired of the endless cycle of checking websites and missing restocks. After one too many "I checked yesterday and it wasn't there!" moments, he decided to build FindMySize.

We're starting with shoes because that's where the pain point is most obvious. But who knows? Maybe one day we'll expand to other hard-to-find products.
