No subscription fees, no hidden costs, no credit card required. Just sign up and get notified. We make money through affiliate commissions from retailers (see "How We Make Money" below), but this doesn't cost you anything extra.

It's super easy:

2. Fill out the form with your shoe details (brand, size, etc.)
3. Enter your email address
4. Click "Notify Me When Available"

That's it! We'll start monitoring for your shoe immediately. The whole process takes less than 60 seconds.

Yes! You can submit as many alert requests as you want. Each submission takes about 30 seconds.

We check retailers regularly, but timing varies:

• Typical notification: Within hours of a shoe becoming available
• Popular sizes: Very fast - we prioritize high-demand sizes
• Weekend restocks: May take slightly longer

That's okay! Style codes are optional. You can provide:

• Best: Style code (e.g., FD2722-001) - guarantees exact match
• Good: Product URL from any retailer - we'll match it exactly
• Also works: Just brand, model, color, and size - we'll do our best to match

The more specific you are, the better we can match, but we'll work with whatever info you provide!

Yes! We have a width field on the form where you can specify:

• Regular / Standard (default)
• Wide
• Extra Wide
• Narrow

If you're not sure, select "Regular" - it fits most people. Only specify wide or narrow if you know you need it.

Several possible reasons:

• Check spam folder - Sometimes emails get filtered
• Shoe not restocked yet - We can only notify when it's actually available
• Email typo - Double-check the email you provided
• Popular size sold out fast - By the time we checked, it was gone again
• Exact match not found - If you were vague about model/color, we might not have found the right one

No! We ONLY email you about shoes YOU specifically requested.

You will NOT receive:

• Random product promotions
• Shoes you didn't ask for
• Newsletter emails
• Marketing messages
• Third-party advertising

If you requested 3 shoes, you'll only get notifications about those 3 shoes.

Easy! You have two options:

1. Reply to any notification email with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject or body
2. Contact us directly at findmysizealerts@gmail.com

We'll remove your data within 48 hours and confirm via email.

Yes! Just contact us with:

• Your old email address

• Which shoe request(s) to update

We're a notification service that helps you FIND shoes at other retailers. When we notify you, we provide a link to the retailer where you can purchase the shoe directly from them.

Think of us as your personal shopping assistant who watches stores for you, not the store itself.

No. We show you the price at the time we found the shoe, but:

• Retailers can change prices at any time
• Sales may have ended by the time you click
• Prices may vary by region or shipping

Always check the retailer's website for the current price before purchasing.

Unfortunately, this can happen. Popular sizes sell out FAST - sometimes within minutes.

Tips to improve your chances:

• Enable mobile notifications for emails
• Act immediately when you receive an alert
• Keep payment info saved on retailer sites for faster checkout
• Submit your request again - maybe it'll restock again!

We can't control how fast shoes sell, but we notify you as quickly as possible.

Returns, shipping, customer service, and all purchase-related issues are handled by the retailer, not FindMySize.

Each retailer has their own policies for:

• Refund processing
• Customer support

We notify you based ONLY on:

• YOUR requested preferences (brand, size, color, etc.)
• Actual product availability at retailers

We do NOT:

• Prioritize retailers that pay higher commissions
• Send you shoes you didn't request
• Recommend products just to earn commissions

Our reputation depends on being trustworthy. If we spammed you with unwanted products, you'd unsubscribe immediately - and we'd lose your trust.

No. You're free to shop wherever you want!

Our links are just convenient shortcuts to the product we found. You can:

• Use our link (helps support the service)
• Search for the shoe yourself on other sites
• Compare prices across retailers
• Buy in-store if you prefer

We just appreciate if you use our links when convenient - it helps us keep the service free for everyone!

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Email address - To send you notifications
• Shoe preferences - Brand, model, size, width, color, gender
